Good news! Jack is heartworm negative! The vet thinks his leg is just fine for now and we could find no cause for his swollen lymph nodes. All bloodwork came back just gorgeous and his lymph nodes do appear to be going down. Best guess is that it was a localized reaction to a minor infection of some kind that the antibiotics he was on for his injury cleared up as well.

Jack is a Grade A Snuggler! He LOVES to sit in your lap and cuddle. He is a kisser too and will make someone a very great companion. He may be a little funny looking, but we think that just makes him extra special.
